Personalised orders for custom-made products (e.g. saddles and saddlery articles) require a longer leadtime, which will be communicated to you individually.
Products that fall into the “bulky goods” category due to their weight or size (e.g. saddles, saddle racks) may incur different shipping costs, which we will inform you of individually after you place your order.
After dispatch of your order we will send you an express courier tracking number as dispatch confirmation and means for following up the shipping progress of your order.
